Billing Errors:
If billing errors occur as a result of TradoBot’s mistake (e.g., incorrect amount charged, duplicate payments), we will rectify these issues promptly upon notification and verification.

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase or incident occurrence.

3. Refund Exclusions


Refund requests will NOT be honored under the following circumstances:

Financial Losses:
TradoBot is NOT liable for financial losses incurred through the use or misuse of our automated trading software. Automated trading carries inherent risks, including substantial financial risk and possible losses. Users accept full responsibility for the consequences of their trading decisions, regardless of whether they have received training or instruction from TradoBot or other sources.

Inadequate Knowledge or Misuse:
Refund requests based on the customer’s lack of adequate training, experience, or misuse of TradoBot software or services will not be entertained. It is solely the user’s responsibility to ensure they possess sufficient knowledge, training, and experience before engaging in automated trading.

Performance Expectations:
No refunds will be issued based on unsatisfactory financial returns, profitability expectations, or claims related to perceived performance of the automated software. TradoBot explicitly does NOT guarantee profitability or specific trading outcomes.

4. User Responsibility and Training


Automated trading software involves complex algorithms, market risks, and financial exposure. Users are expected and required to:

Acquire appropriate knowledge and sufficient training prior to operating automated trading software.
Clearly understand and accept all risks involved in algorithmic trading.
Utilize the TradoBot software responsibly and within their personal risk tolerance levels.
Seek clarification or assistance proactively via TradoBot’s customer support if they experience difficulty or confusion regarding the proper operation of the software.
TradoBot provides general support for technical issues and usage inquiries; however, we do not provide personalized financial or investment advice.

5. Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request, you must:

Clearly indicate your full name, registered email, transaction reference number, and a detailed description of the reason for the refund request.

If a refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
